The Corvallis Gazette Times and the Albany Tribune did a great job reporting on this Benton County dismissal of rape charges.
This case is evidence of how often law enforcement detectives can make up their minds and try to advance their position instead of investigating the evidence. Wait a waste of taxpayers money for this almost two-year ordeal.
